Shabbat Services
- Every Friday evening at 8:00 p.m., followed by an oneg Shabbat.
- On the second Friday of the month we conduct a Torah Service. (The 2nd Friday is also when we usually gather before services for dinner at a neighborhood restaurant.)
- On the last Friday of the month we have a Shabbat Tisch
where we celebrate Shabbat around tables while we enjoy a pot-luck
dinner.
- On the first Saturday on the month we conduct a morning service at 10:00 a.m., followed by a light lunch.
Holiday Services
- For the High Holidays, we conduct services Erev Rosh Hashanah, on
the first Day of Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur.
- We also have services on Sukkot, Simchat Torah, and Hanukkah. We have a community Seder on the second night of Passover.
Other
Throughout the year, we observe other holidays and events. We have a new member service and we celebrate the installation of officers, During the summer we generally hold an outdoor service on the Lake Michigan beach adjacent to the synagogue.
